      BEST WAY to start your week and set the energy for all 7 days. Join Inspiration classes to find new healthy pattern of breathing. I have developed a unique approach to help breathing to open up from inside out. JOIN! Breathe to Strive Survival Breath - is a human regular breath that serves basic daily bodily needs, like: digestions, sleep, communication, elimination, etc. Breath to Strive - is a breathing pattern that exceeds the limits of daily capacity. It means that by expanding ability to breath, you are creating extra power in life, that can accommodate deeper healing, changes, creativity, learning and inspiration. These classes are different from traditional Yogic Pranayama breathing, as they involve other modalities like Tao, embryonic breathing, primal breathing etc. Aliya Galim also has developed unique exercises, that are normally not involved in breath classes.  Each session is different and is suitable for total beginners or advanced breathers. Who can benefit from these classes: If you are recovering from smoking, city polution, cancer. If you are experiencing anxiety, loss of orientation in life, lack of inspiration. If you are suffering with digestive issues, obesity, bulimia, emotional eating patterns. If you have difficulties with sleeping, focusing and learning. If you want to find center, find sense of "trust" within yourself. Every class is different, you will learn from the very "ABC" of breathing to very advanced technique. You will learn: Anatomy and physiology of respiration Obstacles and debilitating patterns Emotional and mental breathing links Embryology and Development Taoist and Yogic approach You will practice: Fundamental recovery breath Self-Love breathing Respiratory muscles exercises Cellular and whole body breathing Organ and skin breathing Primary and secondary breathing Emotional regulation and Self-help Moon breathwork Taoist breathing Yogic Pranayama Have with you: Water bottle Shawl or extra layer to keep you warm (body's temperature may drop down during breathing) Blind fold mask IMPORTANT NOTICE: I will wait donwstairs to open door for you 10 mins prior to the class. About Instructor: Aliya Galim is originally from Kazakhstan and has been living and traveling around Middle East, Asia, Eastern Europe with her teachings. She is new in Canada, and feels blessed to share her knowledge with local community. Aliya's background is in business development, Yoga and Shamanism. She is a practicing scientist of breath and developed unique approach to heal through respirative exercises. She also created a 3-month online course Inspiration, which goes deep into studying anatomy, physiology and practice of breathing. When its not for breathing, Aliya works with women community.
